LITTLE ROCK SCHOOL DISTRICT SENDS NOTICE OF INTENT TO TERMINATE TEACHER OBSESSED WITH TV REPORTER

Just days after a Little Rock School District ("LRSD") teacher had a criminal trespass case dismissed against him, he was arrested again and now is being fired.

LANCE CURTIS FRITCHMAN - NOT HIS FIRST BRUSH WITH THE LAW

Lance Curtis "Stalker" Fritchman , 52, has been sent a notice of intent to terminate according to Pamela Smith, Director of Communications for LRSD.

We contacted Smith after receiving a tip that Fritchman was being fired and she was able to confirm the information our source provided.

Fritchman who worked at McClellan High School, was placed on administrative leave, a/k/a/ suspension,  by the LRSD on March 2nd after KARK/FOX16 TV reporter Mitch McCoy questioned the district about some of Fritchman's social media (Twitter) posts.

The tweets made reference to White History Month, #WhiteLivesMatters, the phrase "I love being White," and included disparaging remarks about participants of last year's Women's March.

Fritchman's tweets also reflect his bigoted, racist opinions and beliefs. Given that the racial makeup of the school where he taught is predominantly black with Hispanic or Latino students making up the next largest segment of the student population, his being a teacher there must have pushed him over the edge. No doubt they experienced the hate he spewed first hand.

RACIAL BREAKDOWN DATA OBTAINED FROM LRSD

Fritchman also went after Arkansas Times Senior Editor Max Brantley.

 Fritchman followed up with threats.

After learning of his suspension/administrative leave, Fritchman went to KARK and Fox16 multiple times on March 5th and had to be escorted from the property by police.

After being told to leave, Fritchman returned to the property and continued to contact the station via telephone.

Fritchman was arrested on March 6th and charged with criminal trespass.

The criminal trespass case never made it past District Court Judge Hugh
Finkelstein (who is smack in the middle of a growing scandal involving a lying snitch and a group of crooked, corrupt cops). Finkelstein acquitted Fritchman as he was on a public sidewalk when he was harassing his victims. Finklestein removed the no contact order that was put in place, freeing Fritchman up to continue his stalking and harassment of the subject(s) of his obsession.

Like his idol, Trump, Fritchman has issues with the truth a reality as well.

A leave without pay is a suspension, its not an unpaid vacation as a reward for exemplary performance.

A series of threatening and harassing phone calls to McCoy and fellow newroom associate Austin Kellerman led to Fritchman's arrest for harassing communication.

Fritchman as once again placed on administrative leave/suspended and LRSD issued a statement.

A review of court records reveal that Fritchman has a history of criminal behavior going back over a decade.

Charges ranged from traffic offenses to  battery charges and at least one violation of an order of protection.

We have made requests for copies of all court cases involving Fritchman and will post updates as the records flow in.

***UPDATE 10/11/18***

We learned that Fritchman plead no contest to the latest harassing communications charge against him and District Court Judge Hugh Finklestein and he was ordered to stay at least 500 yards (1500 feet) from McCoy.
