Scott Ellington - Second Judicial District Prosecuting Attorney

“This morning, officers from the Arkansas State Police and Craighead County Sheriff’s Department arrested Craighead County Clerk Kade Holliday. I have instructed my deputies to immediately file felony theft charges against him. Chief Deputy Prosecutor Grant DeProw will file a Felony Information charging multiple counts of Theft of Property in excess of $2,500 and one count of Abuse of Office, all of which are Class B felonies. He will also file a petition asking the Circuit Court to remove Holliday from office today.”

According to the news release, Ellington received an “urgent phone call” Thursday, June 25, to meet with County Judge Marvin Day and auditors with the Division of Legislative Audit.

Ellington said auditors had obtained and examined bank records that raised suspicion of theft of county funds from an account Holliday maintained in his official capacity as county clerk.

Ellington and Day subsequently met with the Arkansas State Police Criminal Investigation Division which then opened an investigation which resulted in Holliday’s arrest.

County Judge Marvin Day stated in a news release the investigation revealed that Holliday “personally received monies in excess of $1 million since January 2020.”

The Arkansas Times reported that Holliday had opened a new restaurant/club near Arkansas State in February, which was forced to close early in the pandemic outbreak. He’d also recently opened a restaurant in Nashville, TN Both ventures required capital investments.

Holliday's Twitter account has him listed as the owner of Holliday Development and Management and Shattered Windows Productions.

We found him associated with these business entities:

Arkansas Business wrote this about him a while back:

Never trust a guy that wears a bow tie. They are chokers for men.

The Feckless Little Rock Mayor exploits social action to save face.

LR Parks & Rec employees remove the sole confederate statute on city owned land in darkness

Russ Racop
June, 19, 2020

For the last three years, Ean Bordeaux Lee (publisher of Corruption Sucks Blog) and I attempted to work with the city manager and city attorney to and get the sole confederate idol on city of Little Rock owned land in MacArthur Park removed.

You can view our post from August 2017 by clicking here.

Issues with an agreement the city entered into with the State of Arkansas to obtain $100,000.00 to replace a rotting porch on the Military Museum proved to be a hurdle to overcome as it requires to State of Arkansas to agree to the removal of the confederate idol.

We even encouraged departing Mayor Stodola in his last appearance at a Little Rock Board of Directors meeting to used his last two weeks ion office to get the confederate idol removed.

The State did not believe that the statute needed to be removed and that was the end of that. The State holds all the cards due to the 2017 agreement.

Forward to the present day and the uprising occurring all over the USA and the world.

As other cities were removing similar statues, we made posts on social media about the lack of concern by city leaders and so called activists about the confederate idol.

Then on Monday of this week, we learned that the confederate idol had been "attacked".

When our sources at city hall altered us to the social action, we rushed to the park and took photos.

Bordeaux was able to interview the man asked to try and clean off the idol.

The feckless mayor jumped into action without consulting any of the Board of Directors or the city attorney and ordered city Parks & Rec workers to report to work at 3 am and remove the bronze soldier and board up the base.

Here is exclusive video of the removal.

Then the mayor issued a press release and made social media posts.

The feckless mayor exploited the social action made against the confederate idol to try and save face over the huge blunder he made when he joined in with protestors, led them on a march down Capitol Avenue and bolted for his bodyguards vehicle when water balloons were tossed at him. Feckless Frank left the bamboozled protestors at the mercy of mercenary forces attacking them with illegal gas and rubber bullets.

The next day he apologized to his handlers calling it a "mistake; a lapse of judgment."  He had the gall to say he went there in a "spirit of protection".

So you see that Feckless Frank way was hell bent on exploiting the directed social action of the confederate idol.

The Arkansas Times reported that the State of Arkansas is looking to relocate that idol.

Perhaps they will put it next to the one on the State Capitol grounds or next to the one at Old State House. Those need to come down as well.

If they are not tossed into the Arkansas River, they should be moved to the confederate cemetery on Springer Boulevard where the traitors are buried and the idols can rest with them there.

Police report accuses controversial political candidate Roderick Talley of rape.

By Russ Racop
June 4, 2020

LITTLE ROCK, AR -  According to police and court records obtained by BGA via a FOI request, controversial political candidate Roderick Greer Talley has been accused of rape.

According to court filing for an Order of Protection by the sexual assault victim, Talley passed on a sexually transmitted disease during the alleged rape which required hospitalization of the victim.

Based of the victim's petition and affidavit, Pulaski County Circuit Court Judge Mike Reif issued a Temporary Order of Protection effective until June 22, 2020 when a hearing will be held.

Judge Mike Reif

Talley has a history of similar cases and of violating Orders of Protection.

On February 7, 2020, he was found guilty of violating an Order of Protection and received a one year suspended sentence, a $250 fine and $205 court costs and was ordered to have no contact with the victim in that case.

The fact that yet another petition for and Order of Protection has been filed against Talley could result in the District Court imposing its original sentence and sending him to prison for a year.

Talley has appealed that District Court case.

Talley still has open criminal court cases for forgery, escape, theft of property, aggravated assault and battery - all serious felonies -  in Cross County.

Talley's mugshot when he surrendered for the escape and assault charges

Talley gained some limited notoriety over the no-knock raids LRPD conducted using a confidential informant ("CI") that provided false information to undercover LRPD cops that allowed them to get the no-knock warrants.

Talley engaged the services of a sketchy lawyer that isn't even licensed to practice in the State of Arkansas. That lawyer dropped him like a hot potato around the time this video was released.

Check back for an update on or after June 22nd.
###
***UPDATE-06/06/20***
After we broke the news of Talley's latest shit-show, a Facebook post revealed more details about more shenanigans.

Talley is a unstable predator that manipulates women.  His actions and own words prove that.

Walls was also a victim of Talley and is not taking it lying down.

She filed a complaint with the Arkansas Ethics Commission about Talley's illegal campaign activities.  That Commission found he violated campaign finance laws and fined him.

Another Little Rock Police Officer Arrested for Domestic Violence

Little Rock Police officer Muhammad Yaqeen was arrested by his fellow employees for yet another incident of domestic violence involving a LRPD officer.

LRPD Officer Muhammed Yaqeen

The arrest/disposition report states that Yaqueen punched his wife during an argument and that LRPD officers observed injuries to her face and arms.

According to LRPD spokesman Eric Barnes, LRPD responded around 11:30 p.m. Monday December 23rd to a report of an assault/domestic disturbance.

Tiffany Yaqueen told officers she and her husband got into an argument, so she went outside to get in her car to leave.

Yaqueen followed, Mrs. Yaqueen told police, and while he was standing outside the car, he dropped his phone. She said she tried to pick it up and Muhammad began “struggling” to take it back, according to the report.

She said he then punched her in the side of the head. Officers observed blood on her left ear and swelling under her left eye.

Muhammad Yaqeen told officers a different explanation of what happened. He said he was outside the car when his wife “snatched” the phone out of his hand. He said he tried to reach into the car to get it, and his wife punched him in the eye.

Yaqueen said he then punched his wife in self-defense. Officers reported that they observed a bruise under Muhammad Yaqeen’s left eye.

Officers took possession of Muhmmad Yaqeen’s service weapon, as well as his badge and identification.

The couple was further interviewed, according to the report, and police arrested Muhammad Yaqeen.

Yaqueen's only prior disciplinary record that is releasable to the public is from 2017 and involves and incident were he damaged a police cruiser when a shotgun discharged inside the vehicle and caught a one day suspension.

Yaqueen has been relieved of duty and an internal investigation is underway and he remained in jail at the time of publication. He is set to appear in Little Rock District Court for a plea and arraignment hearing on December 30th at 8:30 am.

Back in October another LRPD officer, Jonathan Walker,  was involved in a domestic violence incident.

Walker and his baby mama, Katina "Pug" Jones, a fired former LRPD recruit (more on that later) got into it.

Our FOI request for additional records, including video and audio recordings from the Walker/Jone incident were denied due on-going investigations.

Jones and 2 other recruits were fired for questionable social media posts.

We made that story famous back in 2017. Click here for our initial  post.

Here is what the Arkansas Times reported:

No telling how many turds that particular recruit school will turn out.

We also reported on two other LRPD officer involved in a domestic violence incidents earlier this year. You can read that post by clicking here.

Officer Ahmed "Jack" Soliman was ultimately fired. However Officer Terry McDaniel lucked out when his baby mama refused to cooperate and go through with a criminal complaint as child support trumped getting abused.

Nationally, police officer domestic violence is a serious problem. One that is often swept under the rug by law enforcement agencies.

One of our followers sent us a full frontal nude photo of Yaqeen that he allegedly sent his mistress. Maybe this is what caused the argument with his wife.

LRPD Officer Yaqeen showing what little he has to offer

This type of behavior reflects very poorly on the Little Rock Police Department
and needs to be addressed by LRPD command staff.

If they had balls they would fire his sorry, wife-beating ass ASAP.

We asked Chief Humphrey about the arrest and photo and his response was "No comment".

Stay tuned for updates on the Yaqueen and Walker investigations.
