DIRTY LITTLE ROCK DEA AGENT BUSTED FOR ACCEPTING BRIBES

DIRTY DEA AGENT NATHAN KOEN

Drug Enforcement Agent Nathan Koen was arrested on December 4, 2018 and charged with federal bribery and drug conspiracy charges following allegations that he accepted payment from a drug dealer in exchange for information.

U.S. Attorney Cody Hiland said Nathan Koen was arrested Tuesday on a federal complaint that alleged he accepted bribes and helped a drug dealer’s criminal activities for two years. Koen was detained following an appearance before a U.S. magistrate judge.

Apparently he did not stow away any of that bribery cash for a rainy day or an emergency like obtaining an attorney if he got caught.

Koen had worked at the DEA’s Little Rock office since September 2016.

If convicted, he faces up to 15 years in prison for the bribery count and up to life in prison for the conspiracy count.

Oddly, there is no mention of this major arrest on the website of the U.S. Attorney's office for the Eastern District of Arkansas.

Hiland is a fine one to be in his position too, as he played fast and loose with federal funds when he was Prosecution Attorney for the 20th Judicial District and his appointment as U.S. Attorney quashed an investigation buy the DOJ and FBI.

Our first post on this blog was about Hiland and his refusal to provide responses to FOI requests.

NORTH LITTLE ROCK HAS TROUBLE ADJUSTING SIREN CLOCK - CAUSES PANIC IN DOG TOWN

EARLY APRIL FOOLS JOKE NOT APPRECIATED BY NLR RESIDENTS

Like every other city that has an early warning system,  North Little Rock tests their sirens at noon each Wednesday.

But on November 7th, they went off at 11:00 a.m.

NLR residents looked up in the sky to see if Korean missiles were raining down or a tornado was ripping across town.

No missiles or tornado's,  just a simple screw-up; someone forget to adjust the early warning systems clock for Daylight Savings Time.

"We did miss the time change," explains city communication director Nathan Hamilton. "This year we switched to an automated test system where we've got new sirens; they're state-of-the-art type stuff. And the test is automatic. This is the first [time] we're using them where there was a time change, and we hadn't accounted for that.

NATHAN HAMILTON - NLR COMMUNICATIONS DIRECTOR

"So, good. I'm glad we do the test. We figured that out."

Famous last words.

Because this past Wednesday, the sirens went off at 10:00 a.m. instead of noon.

Can you say "doofus"?

"We thought we made the fix, but the programming, actually the software, was wrong, Hamilton says, adding, "This is one where it wasn't actually user error."

Right. Let's see if anyone in that department wants to take a drug test.

Hamilton sheepishly confessed, "But we're absolutely responsible for that; we're taking ownership on that."

And quickly. Hamilton says, "When I heard it going off at 10 o'clock, I immediately jumped on Facebook -- I had Facebook open on my phone, writing that post before the sirens were even finished."

Hamilton tried to play off the mistake with a post on the city's Facebook page: "Our bad. Yep, we messed up on the time change last week and made the one hour fix going the wrong way this week. We'll get it right next week. On a good note ... this is why we do the test, to work out the kinks!"

LITTLE ROCK SCHOOL DISTRICT SENDS NOTICE OF INTENT TO TERMINATE TEACHER OBSESSED WITH TV REPORTER

Just days after a Little Rock School District ("LRSD") teacher had a criminal trespass case dismissed against him, he was arrested again and now is being fired.

LANCE CURTIS FRITCHMAN - NOT HIS FIRST BRUSH WITH THE LAW

Lance Curtis "Stalker" Fritchman , 52, has been sent a notice of intent to terminate according to Pamela Smith, Director of Communications for LRSD.

We contacted Smith after receiving a tip that Fritchman was being fired and she was able to confirm the information our source provided.

Fritchman who worked at McClellan High School, was placed on administrative leave, a/k/a/ suspension,  by the LRSD on March 2nd after KARK/FOX16 TV reporter Mitch McCoy questioned the district about some of Fritchman's social media (Twitter) posts.

The tweets made reference to White History Month, #WhiteLivesMatters, the phrase "I love being White," and included disparaging remarks about participants of last year's Women's March.

Fritchman's tweets also reflect his bigoted, racist opinions and beliefs. Given that the racial makeup of the school where he taught is predominantly black with Hispanic or Latino students making up the next largest segment of the student population, his being a teacher there must have pushed him over the edge. No doubt they experienced the hate he spewed first hand.

RACIAL BREAKDOWN DATA OBTAINED FROM LRSD

Fritchman also went after Arkansas Times Senior Editor Max Brantley.

 Fritchman followed up with threats.

After learning of his suspension/administrative leave, Fritchman went to KARK and Fox16 multiple times on March 5th and had to be escorted from the property by police.

After being told to leave, Fritchman returned to the property and continued to contact the station via telephone.

Fritchman was arrested on March 6th and charged with criminal trespass.

The criminal trespass case never made it past District Court Judge Hugh
Finkelstein (who is smack in the middle of a growing scandal involving a lying snitch and a group of crooked, corrupt cops). Finkelstein acquitted Fritchman as he was on a public sidewalk when he was harassing his victims. Finklestein removed the no contact order that was put in place, freeing Fritchman up to continue his stalking and harassment of the subject(s) of his obsession.

Like his idol, Trump, Fritchman has issues with the truth a reality as well.

A leave without pay is a suspension, its not an unpaid vacation as a reward for exemplary performance.

A series of threatening and harassing phone calls to McCoy and fellow newroom associate Austin Kellerman led to Fritchman's arrest for harassing communication.

Fritchman as once again placed on administrative leave/suspended and LRSD issued a statement.

A review of court records reveal that Fritchman has a history of criminal behavior going back over a decade.

Charges ranged from traffic offenses to  battery charges and at least one violation of an order of protection.

We have made requests for copies of all court cases involving Fritchman and will post updates as the records flow in.

***UPDATE 10/11/18***

We learned that Fritchman plead no contest to the latest harassing communications charge against him and District Court Judge Hugh Finklestein and he was ordered to stay at least 500 yards (1500 feet) from McCoy.

LITTLE ROCK SCHOOL DISTRICT SUPERINTENDENT MICHAEL POORE HAS NEVER REGISTERED TO VOTE IN PULASKI COUNTY - HE DIDN'T VOTE FOR THE TAX INCREASE FOR LRSD THAT FAILED LAST YEAR

POORE'S CONCERN FOR COMMUNITY IS A FARCE - HE IS NOT A REGISTERED VOTER IN THE COUNTY

Records on file with the Arkansas Secretary of State and the Pulaski County Clerk reveal that the appointed superintendent of the Little Rock School District never moved his voter registration to Pulaski County from Benton County when he was hired by Arkansas Department of Education Director Johnny Key.

Poore's hiring was announced in April 2016 and he started on July 1, 2016.

Poore purchased a home in Little Rock on December 18, 2017.

Where he lived in the city prior to that is unknown. Perhaps he stayed in a hotel during the week and went back to Bentonville on the weekends as he still owns a home there.

Poore was all over TV and at a couple of board meeting encouraging Little Rock voters to pass a millage increase to benefits Little Rock schools last year.

It failed miserably.

But how committed can you be to a community when you don't even bother to change your voter registration so that you can vote for the tax increase you are calling for?

Poore should be embarrassed and resign.

Johnny Key needs to give control of the Little Rock School District back to citizens now and let them elect a school board and hire a superintendent of their choice.

Registering to vote in the county should be a requirement, just like residing in the city.

***
You can watch and see if Poore changes his voter registration by clicking here.
Type in Michael Poore and input his date of birth, 8/17/1961.

***
We also received information from a highly reliable source that Poore had issues with credentials when he arrived in Arkansas. He lacked the required education for certification to be a superintendent. His GRE source were so low that Harding University had to waive admission standards to accept him.  More on this later.

***
Interesting reading from the blog of Judge Wendell Griffin, Justice is a Verb!, about that millage election.  http://wendelllgriffen.blogspot.com/2017/04/the-little-rock-school-district-millage.html

Wonder what Judge Griffen thinks about Poore not bothering to register to vote to support the millage he was asking Little Rock residents to vote for?

The term mercenary educator pops into our mind.

FAYETTEVILLE PUBLIC SCHOOLS FINALLY HAND OVER RECORDS REGARDING TERMINATION OF MATTHEW WENDT

THE LONG SOUGHT RECORDS ARRIVED VIA OVERNIGHT FEDEX FROM FPS

The outside council for the Fayetteville Public School district barely avoided violating a court order to turn over records.

You can view all the 630 pages of documents they sent by clicking here for part 1 and here for part 2.

This is a video that contains all the footage from a FPS CCTV system that was used in the termination of superintendent Matthew Wendt.

This video contains voicemail messages Wendt left Shae Newman, his subordinate and adulterous lover.

According to the records, Wendt and Newman spent a great deal of time making calls and sending text message back and forth all day long.

Here are some of the text messages of the pair once their relationship soured.

The records released also detail funds and lavish gifts Wendt gave to Newman and assistance Wendt gave to Newman's sister.  It also details the nature and frequency of their sexual relationship - from the backseat of cars in parking lots to lovers retreat in New York city.

It's also clear that Newman was a far more willing participant than she claims she was.

A woman scorned....
